If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you include in your message, such as your email address, support question, screenshots, or diagnostic details that you choose to share.
Device, Purchase, and Platform Information
Pimea may rely on Apple and App Store services for app distribution, in-app purchases, security, crash diagnostics, and platform operation. Apple may process device, purchase, and usage information under its own policies. We do not receive your full payment card details from Apple.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate the app, keep label projects available on your device, process support requests, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, improve app reliability, and provide purchases made through the App Store.
Local Records and Retention
Label projects, saved label history, and app preferences may be stored locally on your device. You can remove app content by deleting it in the app, clearing device storage where available, or uninstalling the app. Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers, platform providers, or legal authorities when needed to operate the app, process App Store transactions, protect rights and safety, comply with law, or respond to your requests.
